01Our standard

sequelscooters.com is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance, California's Unruh Civil Rights Act case law, the European Accessibility Act and Canadian accessibility legislation.

Measures in place: every image has a text alternative; every control works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus ring; a skip link jumps past the navigation; menus and dialogs trap focus and close with Escape; text meets a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio; the moving hero can be paused; motion is disabled when your device asks for reduced motion; and page titles update as you move around the site.

02Known limitations

• The dealer map is provided by OpenStreetMap; the same dealer information is also listed as text below the map.
• The Instagram feed on the Socials page is third-party content; we cannot guarantee the accessibility of captions and images posted there.
• The downloadable owner's manual is a PDF. If you need it in another format, ask us and we will provide it.

03Feedback

If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, tell us and we will fix it or get you the information another way, normally within five business days. Email sales@sequelscooters.com with the page address and a short description, or use the customer service form.

04How we check
