02Purchases happen elsewhere

• Buy buttons link to third-party retailers: Amazon.com (US), The Vault Pro Scooters (US), Versus Pro Shop (Canada) and authorized dealers in the EU and UK. We have no control over their sites, and any order, payment, shipping, return or refund is between you and that retailer under its own terms and policies.
• Prices shown on this site are the retailer's list prices at the time we last checked and may differ from the price you see at checkout. The retailer's price is the one that applies.
• Some Amazon links carry attribution tags so we can see which pages send riders to Amazon. This does not change the price you pay.

03Product information

Specifications, weights, sizing guidance and rider-level recommendations are provided in good faith and may change without notice as products are revised. Check the retailer's listing before buying and read the owner's manual before riding. Warranty questions on Sequel products go to sales@sequelscooters.com.

Scooter riding involves a risk of injury. Always wear a helmet and appropriate protective gear, follow local laws, and supervise young riders. Nothing on this site is safety certification or professional instruction.

04Your use of the site

• Do not scrape, mirror, or load the site with automated traffic beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the site, or submit false or abusive content through the customer service or wholesale forms.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

05Intellectual property

The Sequel name, logos, product names (Rise, Rise Street, Rise Ti, Vandal, Ignite), photography, video and text on this site belong to Twins Enterprises LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes and link to any page. Any other use needs our written permission. Rider names, handles and imagery appear with their consent; Instagram content belongs to its posters.

06Third-party content and links

The site embeds content from Instagram (via Behold) and map tiles from OpenStreetMap, and links to retailers and dealers. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices. Our Privacy policy and Cookie policy describe what loads and when.

07Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twins Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including statutory rights that cannot be excluded in the EU, UK, Canada or your US state.

08Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you protection that cannot be waived. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
